Las Vistas is an exciting new residential development coming soon to one of the most privileged locations on Orihuela Costa. The project is one of the most eagerly awaited ever on the Costa Blanca with a uniquely privileged location first line to the Mediterranean in an established and popular part of the coast.
Where will Las Vistas be built?
Perfectly positioned between Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima. Set within the Cala Mosca and Alameda del Mar area, this landmark project is expected to become one of the most significant new developments on the southern Costa Blanca.
How many properties are planned?
The project will be built on a huge 456,000 m² plot with permission for over 2,000 properties.
When will construction start?
The construction start date is still unknown, what we do know is that the licence for the first 188 properties is now being handled by the town hall and once it is granted construction should start soon afterwards. The urbanisation works are already complete with the roads, electricity, sewage and water connections as well as trees having been planted, so the scene is set.
How much do the apartments cost?
The project has not yet been released so prices are still not available. There should be a wide range of prices depending on apartment type, size and also distance from the sea. The first line apartments will command the highest price tags while those which will be built on the second line, and next to the N332 dual carriageway, will be more affordable. The development is expected to be luxury, with the renders that have so far been released looking unlike any other product currently available on the Costa Blanca.
Do all the apartments have sea views?
The aim will be for as many of the apartments to have sea views as possible but the quality of the sea views will vary greatly. Apartments in the buildings on the first line will naturally have better sea views but even here placement in the building, aspect, which floor they are on and even aspects such as where they are in relation to trees will all influence the views. The developer will ensure that the landscaped, green communal areas will provide lovely views for those apartments which do not have optimal sea views.
Which direction will the terraces face?
From the renders that have been released the majority of the buildings will be built with their short ends facing the sea rather than parallel to the sea. This ensures that the maximum number of apartments even on the second line will have sea views. It should also mean that most of the apartments will face mainly South or North. Depending on the floorplans, if the developer wished, they could also have apartments with balconies on both sides giving North and South exposure. The apartments at the end of the buildings will likely have wraparound balconies that will look East or West depending on which end of the building they are at.
Will Las Vistas be entirely residential property?
Reports have claimed that the plans for the project also include a hotel, retirement property, a beach bar and restaurant as well as extensive sports facilities.
How far is Las Vistas from the beach?
The project is located between the beaches at Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima which are some of the most popular and well-maintained beaches on the coast. In addition to this they will be walking distance from a dog beach and there are two smaller beaches which have traditionally been considered nudist beaches that are expected to become standard beaches as the project is developed due to the fact that they will no longer be isolated. These two smaller beaches are located in the Cala Mosca area so will be a very short walk from the development.
Is there anything else within walking distance?
Yes, there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops all within a short walk of the development. This is one of the key attraction of Las Vistas, that it is a seafront project being developed in a super prime location with all necessary amenities. This is the Costa Blanca equivalent of a huge new project being launched on the Golden Mile in Marbella. You also have La Zenia Boulevard within walking distance, the best shopping centre in the area while golf courses and Torrevieja centre are just a short drive away.
Is Las Vistas a good investment?
Everything points to Las Vistas being a fantastic investment. Owners will have a luxury property with a luxury location and luxury facilities.
