Miles is a co-founder of Portfolio Deluxe. Originally from Oxford, UK , he moved to Spain in 2014 after graduating in Hispanic Studies at King's College London. Having worked for a major solicitors firm specialising in real estate, Miles joined Sweden's largest estate agency where he won a number of prizes for excellent performance while at the same time becoming fluent in Swedish. This experience inspired Miles to create a real estate company which successfully redeveloped a number of properties on the Costa Blanca. Subsequently, he and his business partner founded Portfolio Deluxe with the aim of providing buyers with a high-quality and secure service for purchasing properties on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. As part of his commitment to continuing professional development, in 2024 Miles acquired a Masters degree in Real Estate at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, his thesis focussing on the trends that are having the biggest impact on the real estate industry. With Portfolio Deluxe he embraces many of these trends, using cutting edge technology to improve and enhance clients' experiences while always ensuring that the personal element remains centre-stage. Miles's goal is that Portfolio Deluxe significantly contributes to the further professionalisation of the Spanish real estate sector and that he can help as many people as possible to find their ideal home on the Mediterranean Coast.
