The Residences
The Los Lagos bungalows are situated in the La Finca Golf Resort, just a few minutes walk from the golf course and the club house.
There will be different layouts and garden sizes depending on the model. Some bungalows will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and other ones will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bungalows have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. The interior is modern, contemporary and bright.
The south facing orientation gives lots of natural light. Terraces are spacious and sunny, and some bungalows will have a solarium.
There will also be a community pool.
Domotic system, electric shutters, alarm system totally fitted with camera, andscaped garden with irrigation system and exterior lighting in terraces and garden included.
The Area
The La Finca Resort was inaugurated in 2009 and is one of the Costa Blanca South’s premier golf resorts. The resort boasts a five-star spa hotel, an 18 hole golf course, numerous restaurants and bars as well as sports facilities.
It is located on a beautiful plot just 20 minutes’ drive from the sea with a dramatic backdrop of mountainous terrain. The traditional Spanish town of Algorfa is just five minutes away by car and provides the perfect place to sample Spanish culture.
In recent years property development on the resort has resumed in earnest and prospective buyers can choose between smart apartments and luxury villas many of which enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and surroundings.
