The Residence

There is a choice between two and three bed apartments all of which have two bedrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. All properties have ample terraces and the predominantly South-facing orientation means that they enjoy sun throughout a large part of the day. These terraces all have access from the living room and many of the apartments also have access to the terrace from one or more of the bedrooms.

The kitchens come fully equipped with all white goods included in the price of the property, some of the two bedroom apartments have an L-shaped kitchen while the majority also have a kitchen island. There is underfloor heating in all of the bathrooms, a Smart Home system and all interior and exterior lighting is included. Optional extras include pergolas, summer kitchens and jacuzzis for ground floor and penthouse apartments while a furniture package is available for all properties.
